Site rules and tenancy terms for Bathford Allotments — what you agree to when you rent a plot.

Everyone who rents a plot agrees to the tenancy agreement and the site rules. These are in place to keep the site productive, safe and welcoming.

Content under review. We are checking a plain-English summary of the rules and tenancy with the Parish Council before publishing it here. In the meantime, please contact us for a copy of the current tenancy agreement.

  • the key terms of the tenancy agreement
  • how much of your plot must be kept cultivated
  • what is not allowed on the site
  • how to end a tenancy, and what happens if a plot is not kept up
