How Bathford Parish Council looks after the personal information it holds for Bathford Allotments, and how to ask about it.

Bathford Parish Council is the data controller for the personal information held about allotment tenants and people on the waiting list. This includes the names and contact details you give us when you join the waiting list, rent a plot, or get in touch.

We only use that information to run the allotment site — managing the waiting list, tenancies and payments, and keeping in touch with plot holders. This website itself uses privacy-friendly, cookieless visitor counting, so it sets no cookies and does not track you.

Content under review. Our full privacy notice is being finalised and approved by the Parish Council before it is published here.
