AGM 2026 minutes published, and rents rising in October

Minutes from the 2026 Annual General Meeting are now published — read them on our documents page.

As agreed at the meeting, plot rents will rise from 1 October 2026, based on June’s RPI figure of 3.1%:

  • Full plot: £42.00 → £43.30
  • Half or quarter plot: £21.00 → £21.65

The updated rates are reflected on our renting a plot page.

There was discussion at the AGM about moving away from an automatic RPI-linked rise in future, in favour of a budget and forecast based approach — the management group will be raising this with the Parish Council.
