  1. Welcome and introduction.
  2. Report from the Parish Council representative: finances.
  3. Wardens: progress on restoration of paths and tidying of plots.
  4. Bonfires.
  5. Wardens’ project: new access gate (health and safety, deliveries) — progress.
  6. Wardens’ project: communal plot — progress.
  7. Future plans and planned expenditure: rotavator; individual raised-beds area; composting toilet.
  8. Vote on regulations:
    • trees in pots, above ground;
    • no non-burnable rubbish to be dumped on the bonfire plot.
  9. Competitions: scarecrow (August); best-kept plots (July).
  10. Volunteers: new wardens; working parties for specific jobs; committee members; general help email list; Pond Posse.
  11. Any other business.
